Thank you Larsson

Football, a beautiful game. A game that u won't know what is gonna happen next.

Henrik Larsson, former Barcelona and Celtic forward, playing at Man Utd on loan for 3 month have make much impact on European football by winning trophies and medal on his name.

Last night, he scored his last goal for Man Utd against 2nd round opposition Lille, before returning to Sweden Club, Helsingborg IF. The goal was set by a brilliant run from Ronaldo through the left flank and managed to cross in to the box just over the touchline. A simple header ( Paul Masefield didn't say it an easy header) by Larsson, unmarked, and the ball fly to the right hand corner of the goal. Lille goalie, Sylva couldn't do anything about Larsson's strike.

The game, and compliment to Lille side who displays a beautiful scene of football, where both side, Man Utd and Lille shows respects and sportsmanship between them. A beautiful pass of play and tons of goal scoring chances makes the crowd, in or elsewhere from Old Trafford a very interesting chill feelings. As the game goes, Lille had many goal scoring opportunity. The close one is a header by Lille striker, Odemwingie who hit the post just after the second half started. Alan Smith also made his return to the field by substituting the eventually man of the match, Henrik Larsson and the crowds gave both of them a standing ovation. Henrik Larsson was praised by Sir Alex and thanked him for his services for the Reds. Alan Smith who made his return from sideline since November 2005, had a chance to put his name in the score sheet where he volleyed the ball but the keeper save it calmly. The game ends, delight for Manchester United, farewell for Lille (again) and thank you Larsson.
